Poly X70

Hello,

I have a question about the Poly X70. I was informed that the Poly X70

does not display any appointments for the room on the TC8 when it is

switched on in the morning. Since I'm not there, I would like to know

whether there are any settings that should be checked so that the

appointments are displayed again. I would be very happy if you could

help me with this.

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using. Your subject mentions Teams but this could be via another service and not Microsoft Teams natively.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

So the partner application is Teams on the Poly X70 and MS Teams on the

Windows systems remotely.
I don't currently know which software version the X70 has, but according to

the information I received there should be no updates for the Poly X70 and

TC8. This means that the latest firmware will probably be installed.

as this is a Microsoft Application I suggest you work with their support team in your area once you have all the version details as they will need this.
