I am currently having an issue where the bar crashes every time it goes in to standby/sleep and the only way to get it back up and running is to unplug it and plug it back in. I'm running a few tests this week i.e factory reset, testing in device mode, testing in Teams to try and work out if the issue lies with teams or if the issue is with the device itself.

The device has been factory reset and is on the latest version.
It run fine for the last 2 days, however when I came in this morning the controller couldn’t detect the Poly X70, had to unplug and plug the X70 back on to get the room operational.

Can anyone advise?

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application version you use.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

My original reply includes the request for all components aka the Microsoft Teams Version running on your system. As they both have to be updated manually via the TAC we want to ensure volunteers do not waste too much time asking for all these.

 

Please ensure both the Studio X and the TC touch controller are running at least 1449/1.0.96.2024042606 or even better 1449/1.0.96.2024061103

 

As we are not aware if you are using this in a proxy scenario I still suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

 

Other volunteers can reply if they have any more ideas.
