Poly G85-T Kit Windows MTR - Recovery Issue - System MTM has expired.

 

Poly based MTR bundle

Lenovo Tiny920Q MTR Compute

 

We had an MTR device fail and it's no longer booting, so we followed the recovery procedure details using the Lenovo recovery tool, eventually the process fails and prompts that System MTM has expired.

 

How can we get around this?

I have tried to log a ticket but the process doesn't seem to be working.

 

I try and submit the form and it doesn't work (I have tried various browsers).

 

Are you able to assist with logging a case (UK based).

I was hoping it was an issue I could resolve.

 

My issue is the same as the original post.

i get the same MTM has expired error when trying to reimage with the Lenovo Cloud Recovery Tool (3.0), even though the warranty is still active.
