Hi all,
I've noticed that if you have a recurring appointment the poly x30 will only show the join button if placing a teams link in the entire series.
If you edit one item from the recurring meeting and generate a teams meeting the poly will not see it, even if there is no meeting planned on the entire series.
Is there a way to change priority to first check the single item instead of only the whole recurring appointment?

Hello @Polyfan400 ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
Both the communities Must Read First or Read 1st and if available the FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow up post should contain.
This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.
Unfortunately, your post fell a bit short of the above-explained requirements and we kindly ask you, therefore, to ensure to read these sections and ensure a reply (not Edit!) provides as much detail as possible
Please ensure you familiarise yourself with the FAQ’s listed in my signature for your convenience.
Stating the above our Parter Microsoft controls the Teams application running on our devices so the best way is to open a ticket with Microsoft as they own the Teams application.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

Hello @Polyfan400
as already stated Poly only looks after the underlying network and interface between the Microsoft Teams application.
Microsoft itself is 100% responsible for the UI and the workings of Teams.
I suggest you work with them
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
