Hello @SrinivasNeelam ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

You state you've done all the troubleshooting, but what have you actually done? Have you factory reset the GC8 via the Pin Hole?

If you have access to the MTRoW, log on as an Administrator and go to the Device Manager and click the View menu, and select Show hidden devices. Maybe the HDMI device is there?

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
