Hi,

We have a Poly Studio x50, Poly TC8 and Trio C60 video conferencing set. During meetings on Microsoft Teams at our unit, we can see that the camera is displaying the image, but the participants on the other side cannot see us. The problem disappears when the power is disconnected and switched back on. This repeats itself every other day.

Current software versions:

- StudioX50: 4.1.3-394009

- Trio C60: 5.9.5.3153

- Poly TC8: 4.1.3-211457

Hello @Siemi ,

 

Your post was marked as Spam and had to be manually released.

 

This is usually an automated process based on some content of the post or a manual process when Community rules are violated.

 

Have you yet raised this with our partner Microsoft as they provide:

  • The Teama Application running on our and other OEM's devices
  • Teams as a patform as used by you
