I am using Polycom 7500 and it is showing problema with the time. If I put the time manually and after that I go and choose the appropriate time zone it does not update the time as per the time zone.

When choosing time zones it shows Brussels as GMT+1, Also Amsterdam as GMT+1 while they are GMT +2. The OS is up to date on version 4.4.3-438012. I would like a solution for the time because it is a repeated issue.

Hello @Rllubani ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

The standard timezone in Europe is GMT aka Greenwich Mean Time.

Other time zones are specified as their difference in hours from the Greenwich time, such as GMT +1 or GMT -1. For example, Brussels or Amsterdam is in the time zone immediately after London and therefore is in the GMT +1 time zone. So, if it is 7:00am in London, it is 8:00am in Brussels or Amsterdam.

CEST (Central European Summer Time) is 2 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time and 1 hour ahead of BST (British Summer Time). As the UK observes the same Summer Time cycle as the rest of central Europe the difference is 1h.

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
