As the title says,

I have two PolyCom G7500 Video Conference Units in two two,

Both rooms are connected via WiFi router wirelessly,

but i cannot seem to dial from either of the phones to call one another,

I have checked the webui management of both units since theyre the same,

i have done the following

- Diabled SIP

-Gatekeeper is OFF

-Calling WiFi IPs of the devices to one another

but unfortunately the calls dont reach and at times itll show missed call or wrong number

How can i make point to point call between the two G7500s?

Hello @RyanTheGlorp ,

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product you use.

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

Where do you get the "number" from, aka are they registered to any SIP or H.323 Server?

Have you simply tried to dial the IP of the other End Point?

Hi Steffen,

Till now theres no SIP PBX and we need to demonstrate a simple point to point calling for our client,

I have tried calling the other end points IP but the call either drops or fails,

is there an option that needs to be enabled?

Hello @RyanTheGlorp ,

Out of the box and on the same network, this should just work if you call the WiFi IP of the other Endpoint. If this fails, it may be the firewall preventing this.
