Hello,
We are interested in use the Web Interface functionality of our Polycom HDX 6000 HD device, but when we are going to view the web interface of this utility, we cannot watch the video of the local and remote room and in this place we are viewing a signal ban.
We have been reading the administration guide, concretly the section "Using the Polycom HDX Web Interface" and we have been following the instruction step by step, but when we arrive to "Admin Settings > General Settings >Security > Security Settings" and we have to enable the option "Allow Video Display on Web", this option doesn't appear.
Somebody know how we have to enable, or change any settings, for that this option appears in the system web interface settings?
We are attaching to this post one screenshot of the interface utility with the ban signals.
Thank you very much in advance.
Kind regards.

Are you able to viedw via this route:
To monitor a room or call using the Polycom HDX web interface:
1
In your web browser address line, enter the HDX system’s IP address.
2
Go to Utilities > Web Director.
3
Perform any of the following tasks:
—
Place or end a call
—
View near and far sites
—
Change camera sources
—
Adjust camera position
—
Zoom cameras
—
Adjust system volume settings
—
Mute and unmute the microphones
Use the HTTPS protocol to ensure that the configuration of all login
information (such as user names and passwords) are transmitted using an
encrypted channel, including those user names and passwords used to
communicate with third-party systems on your network. Using HTTPS
severely limits the ability of anyone on the network to discover these
credentials.

Hi there
I'm newbie regarding Polycom products.
Customer has an HDX 6000 and I'm facing the same problem BUT I cannot find in the security setting a Page number 3 nor the described option ...
Guess the SW version running here is pretty old : Release - 2.6.0-4740
But it should work anyway !
Any hint

Doing everything still show this screen legend.
Please check your content cable and make sure that it is sending video in a supported resolution such as 1024 x 768 60 Hz. If using People + content IP, enter 192.168.*.* and press connect and then play"
