Hello Jeff,

 

I was wondering why Polycom keeps changing AES Security to "Required for All Calls" despite I've been setting it to"When Available". Now it makes sense.

 

I am stuck anyway. I have no idea what's going wrong. I reset HDX6000 to factory defaults, set it up from scratch again, tried diagnostics mode, lowered call quality... Still no luck.

 

If I check Polycom logs, would they help me? Or in Lync environment, how can I get detailed error information for "video was not accepted"?

This H.323 settings are defined by Polycom automatically. Do I need to change anything here?

LYNC is SIP and not H.323

 

As this post has been going on for a while I would suggest you seek professional help and raise a ticket via your Polycom reseller.

 

This is the correct escalation procedure.
