HI,
I just download Polycom RealPresence Desktop into my laptop then try to connect on LAN its work fine both Audio & Video but when i try to call on my friend on his REAL IP only audio is receiving/sending not Video.
I also have Polycom RealPresense Group 300 same issue with that on LAN both audio & video working.
but when i try to connect it through LAN both audio and video working.
So i am in conclusion that some thing is blocking by my LAN by Router and Firewall.
Please help me what protocols and Ports i ask to my network administrator check for video
