RealPresence Group 500

I have a bunch a Polycom RealPresence 500. One of the Serial numbers is 82132040B388CV. Trying to zeroize them using the USB but it needs the firmware and license key to reload. I was able to download the latest firmware on HP site but the license key is no where to be found on the site. Polycom made it real simple. Login to the license dashboard site, enter the serial number and you were done. Now that HP took over the licensing dashboard is no where to be found and if I try to enter serial numbers anywhere on HP sites it returns not found. Also tries multiple serial numbers, double checked the serial numbers. If someone can guide me on how to access the license dashboard and enter a serial number so I can get a license key I would greatly appreciate it.

welcome to the HP Poly community. When we were still only Poly or Polycom a link in the FAQ page explained this in detail and let you straight to the license page. 

 

Since Poly support is now fully owned by HP, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
