Hi,
using RealPresence Desktop (Ver. 3.3.050871) on a windows 7 Prof. system - well, try to use. I tried to connect to a videoconference (H323, Gatekeeper DFN) from behind a firewall and allways get connected to the conference, other members of the conference can see and hear me, BUT I didn't receive anything (statistics said: 10% packets lost).
What is wrong? When trying to connect via WLAN (no firewall) everything works well. But on LAN - could not connectl. I think this is a firewall-problem(???) - but I am not an Expert in this. I asked our administrator, he opened ALL ports - still no connection...
I switched to Polycom - before that I used Jabber video - which - by the way - worked well, NO problem - very annoying.
Can someone help? which ports do I have to open???
BIG THANKS in advance
Fritz

Hello Fritz,
Polycom's RDP utilizes the industry standard based H.323 protocol and all Ports are documented within the RDP release notes => here <=
