Hello, 

We have a large fleet of Poly Studio X70 and X50.

I just received a notification that a new firmware is available,  4.1.3.394009.

Do you have any release notes for it, please?

these are the release notes. At present the software is not yet on Poly Lens or the Poly hosted server.

Thanks for sharing that link.  I too noticed that MS TAC was showing the update but no where else.

 

A point of worry for me is I see this:

 

Page 21: 

Using the System in Microsoft Teams Mode

• In this release, Poly Studio X70 doesn’t support Microsoft Teams.

 

Does that mean how it reads? ie: updating to 4.1.3 = no Team app/functionality where it already works in 4.1.2?

 

Am really hoping I've misread or is just wrong.

Hi, I don't see where that is written, but I don't think that is true. I didn't push the update yet, maybe in a few days, on a testing device.

If you have any questions regarding support I suggest you work with your support organisation in your region.

 

The 4.1.3 Release is not officially on the HP Support Page or Poly Lens. Until then I cannot comment via the community.

Apologies, had a complete brain freeze I clicked on a link for 3.14.2 thinking it was 4.1.3

 

(hangs my head in shame).
