Studio X50 with TC8 Kit

During the setup, I don't know why the TC8 is now unable to look up the X50 device and so does on web console.

On the TC8, I see below error screen but I can they are paired in web console.

 

We are using below version.

TC8 Current Version: 6.3.3-211750

X50 Current Version: 4.3.3-428018

Anyone got any clue on this? Many thanks. 🙂

Welcome back to the HP Poly community.

 

What Microsoft Teams version are you having this issue with?

 

The TC device has 2 pairing states:

 

  • Pairing to the Studio X, G7500, or G62 via the local network on a Poly level
  • Pairing to the Studio X, G7500, or G62 via Microsoft over the Internet

 

Your issue is number 2 as the device is paired and has the Teams UI running on the TC.

Microsoft support should be consulted as this is a Network issue or work with your Network Team
