*** Please do not respond with that long list of instruction from Poly about posting logs, firmare, etc because it is irrelivant to the question. Just let someone who knows the answer give an answer. ****

I have a bunch of the Studio X30 and X50 units in Teams Mode.  We see that we should be able to forward a WebEx and Zoom meeting over to the Teams Room and the Studio X should be able to join the meeting, but we are having problems getting the Join button to activate.

We are seeing that if a user sends a Zoom or WebEx invite that looks similar to how Teams send the invite, the Join button is availabe, but most of the time we are getting an email with a WebEx or Zoom link or an ICS file attached and forwarding these does not enable the Join button.

Are there some instructions on how our contacts should be sending us Zoom and WebEx meetings that are something we can forward to the Teams Room?

Did you follow these instructions? Enable Teams Rooms devices to join third-party meetings - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn We had to go around and manually enable this locally on each teams device. Couldn't find a way to do it remotely.

Hello @JordanNolan ,

welcome to the HP Poly community.

As this is not some hobbyisit community and rather the official community please try and follow the Read Me First rules.

As your question is about our Partner Microsoft I would suggest you work with Microsoft Support on this as they provide the App and the Platform being used. They also work with the Partners you are trying to utilize.

We wold usually not ask for logs as we cannot provide support via the community as we are all just volunteers.

Best Regards
