Hi,
I am trying to install some software and i am being asked for a Software Key. The Group 500 was bought in January 2018 and activated then but when I go to look at the Software Key the Poly Support site says it is 'available nut not entitled'.
The Group 500 was bought with a years maintenance so it should be entitled to v6.2.0 as this came out in December 2018. The maintenance wasn't renewed for 2019.
Can someone help please? I am just trying to put on the latest firmware the unit is entitled to.
Regards
Simon

Hello @Simon ,
as already suggested only our support organisation in your region may be able to provide the old keys if the unit is no longer in service.
Best Regards

Hi Steffen,
Hope you're well and thank you for coming back to me.
I have attached a screenshot of what I am seeing on the Support site.
As you can see I am not seeing any software key codes even though the unit did have maintenance when it was bought.
Is there anything you can do please?
Regards
Simon
