Using both Studio X30 and X50 devices with the TC8 Panels. All using up to date firmware:
Studio X - 4.0.0.376092
TC8 Panel - 4.0.0-210907
Teams App - 1449/1.0.96.2023041207
We have been using these devices with MS Teams Room Standard ($15) for over a year. Teams Room Standard came with Phone Plan that enabled the dial pad on the Studio X devices (when you added a calling plan like Domestic or International).
Unfortunately, MS decided to eliminate Standard and just offer Basic (free) and Pro ($40 + calling plan). The issue is Basic does not offer the Phone feature and my O365 reseller and Microsoft can't figure out why I can't order a license in the O365 portal or from my reseller. Reseller has no clue either.
At this point I really don't even want to use the phone from MS because it's to combersome to manage and going to cost about $50 per month per unit vs the $15 I had been paying before. I noticed the Studio X can be assigned SIP info so I was wondering if anyone else is using their VoIP carrier for dialing while using the Studio X in Teams Mode.

Hi,
sorry, but you can´t do that. If you use Studio X in Teams Mode, you can´t use the Studio X for SIP in parallel. All providers that Poly supports on the Studio X (SIP, H323 (Poly mode), Toom, Teams, etc.) can only be used exclusively and independently.

Hello @JordanCN
as explained by @mshu1 , Microsoft Teams now deletes the Login tokens when switching providers, when using PolyOS 4.0.0, or later.
