current version - 4.1.3.394009
Update site - Polycom Support Site
I tried to update different versions but is still stuck at " Authenticating update package". I disabled Auto Update in X50 web management itself and https://lens.poly.com/ . The auto update is still will be triggered and run every day. I need to restart the X50
from https://lens.poly.com/ , i can download the version - 6.1GB. If i update via USB, will it authenticating update packge?
