Roughly end of October 2025, 5 Teams Room TC10 Controllers located in different locations went offline. Upon investigating, we found that Windows, no longer recognizes them as a display. We are able to reset and pair the TC10's with no issues but Windows still does not recognize as a display. The controller has an enlarged out of scale image of the Teams control but is unresponsive to touch. However, when in windows settings, we can see the windows desktop just fine on the controller. Has anyone seen this and is there a solution? Thanks

Hi Steffen,
thank you for your response very helpful.
however, when I run the repair, the HP Console msi file is missing. The folder structure exists but is empty.
I can’t seem to find the msi file on HO site.
