Hello @Kayvon , @Kasey0303 , @ocaudeo , @Brian Wach and @JordanCN
our partner Microsoft pushed 1449/1.0.96.2023060802 which is their 1C update and it should address:
- not being able to find the device once signed into Teams at a Teams level
- error shown on TC8 when trying to join meetings
The release notes and/or confirmation must come from Microsoft, the above is just information I gathered from various sources. Any follow-up must be raised with our Partner Microsoft.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

We also have problems with pairing. First the pairing remained for a period of about 1 week, since the beginning of June the pairing was lost after a few days / hours.
We installed the Teams App Update to 1449/1.0.96.2023060802. Release notes are available: Release notes for Microsoft Teams Rooms - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn
Unfortunately, manual pairing was necessary everywhere (X50/X70 & TC8).
Hopefully this is the solution...

Hey mbdd,
Just to be clear even after the update you performed you need to unpair the unit and pair it again. After doing so you're just observing to see if the pairing and joining issue improves. I also have an MS ticket in place but generally it's a back and forth of log uploads as per other user experiences.

Just piggyback off the original post. After that update was applied we still experienced the error shown on TC8 when trying to join meetings, when that happens the room still joins the meeting but you are unable to perform basic functions on the TC8 such as ending the call or when you join the call it will be stuck on connecting.
I have a ticket with Microsoft as well.
