I have searched user and admin documentation for the Poly Studio TC8/T10 touch panel and have not seen anything reference the default credentials to access it. Only thing I see is the default credentials to access the Studio X50/X52 with admin/last 6 digits of serial number. What is the default credentials of the TC8/TC10?

It's the same for the touch controllers. The username is admin and the password is the last 6 characters of the serial number. The letters in the serial number must be capitalized.

Hello @PathS3lector
welcome to the Poly community. I have updated the Video FAQ
Jun 03, 2023 Question: What are the factory default username and password of a Studio X, G7500, G72 system?
Answer:
Default Username: admin
Default Password: Last 6 digits of the device serial all in Upper case capitals
EDIT: Since TCOS 6.0.0 a Poly TC8 or TC10 has a Web Interface. The Default password is the same as the above
Best regards
Steffen Baier
