Studio X70 with TC8 Kit

Hello,

I have the StudioX70 equipment with TC8, configured in Microsoft Teams mode. I am encountering an issue where the devices do not update contact information, such as user images.

Versións:

Poly Stydio E70: 4.3.0-406188

Microsoft Teams: 1449/1.0.96.2024042606 - 1 ago 2024 23:49:58

Device Mode: 1.0 | 28 jun 2024 20:42:50

Poly TC8:  6.3.0-211719
X70: 1.10.0.518017

I have tried the following:

Updating the device
Restarting both devices
Logging out of the Microsoft room account and logging back in
What can I do to synchronize the contacts again?

Best regards.

Hello @ErnestEQZ ,

Welcome to the HP community. Your post has been moved to the correct section.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the exact Partner application version you use.

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

This is stated in the FAQ or the Read 1st section, explaining why this is important.

To answer your original question, a community search finds >this<

If the above does not solve your issue, and no other volunteer has an idea, please work with your Microsoft support organization in your region. Microsoft provides Poly and other OEM partners with their Software. It is their platform you use when using Microsoft Teams so they should be able to help you.

Best regards

Steffen Baier

Hi SteffenBaierUK,

I attach the versions as you indicate.

I have reviewed the post and the idea was to avoid changing the camera mode and losing all the settings, and it is not a definitive solution.

Hello @ErnestEQZ

I suggest you re-read the linked post again. At no point is changing a camera shot mentioned.

The Pictures / Contact photos are delivered by Microsoft Teams via their Teams app running on our device. If you want to make any changes you will need to work with our Partner Microsoft.

Best Regards
