Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

Hi!

 

I have problem with four Poly Studio X30 systems. They have been automatically uppgraded from version 3,13 to 4.10.  i think that version 3,14 not have been installed propertly.

 

TC8 screen shows as mention "TC8 just shows "Successfully paired with " Checking for room controller please wait"

 

I have tried with factory reset via webbinterface or with help of paperclip.

welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

I would suggest you factory reset both units using the pin hole method.

 

If you struggle I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
