This morning I got an alert from Microsoft regarding X30 and X50 devices might have low volume. Poly also posted this support article:
Which says:
"If customers experience the MIC “send” level being too low, this can be fixed through the Studio X30 or X50 web interface by setting the MIC send level to 14db – 18db based on preference."
I have been all through the web interface looking for MIC send level and do not see this setting. I do see a setting Audio/Video -> Audio -> General Audio Settings -> "Transmission Audio Gain (dB)". Is this what needs to be set?
