 Hello support, When I start a Teams meeting from the Poly Studio X52, the camera doesn't show me anything whereas it clearly shows me when I start on the Poly provider. Teams Poly version: 1449/1.0.96.2024080804 Poly x52 version: 4.3.3-428018 Can you please help me fix this?

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

Your device should be running the following Microsoft Teams version:

 

1449/1.0.96.2024101004 October 2024
1449/1.0.96.2024091202 September 2024

 

Please update the Studio X52 and the TC Touch Panel to either version and then try again.

 

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact Microsoft Support as the camera works when testing in another provider mode.

You need to access the https://admin.teams.microsoft.com and then update both the device and the Touch Panel under Android devices.
