Hello everybody, I have recently bought a RPD, SFW, PC CONF APP, 1 LIC software license in order to be able to have video conferences between two remote parties (i.e. a computer and a smart phone). I have made all needed adjustments in my infrastructure (firewalls etc) in order to be able to accept calls from Polycom software.
The video conference is between a computer with a licensed version of Polycom software and an android smartphone using the free application from the application store. The connection is initiated from the smartphone towards the specific computer (with a static global ip address)
I am using a revolabs FLX UC 500 USB Conference Phone in which I have made the latest updates (i.e. Bundle version: 2.7.0.102, USB version: 6.2, DSP version: 2.7).
In order to verify that the equipment works perfectly I have used it with Skype and Viber Desktop in order to perform and receive calls and everything works fine.
However, a voice - video call via Polycom software is not correctly established, I manage to perform a call and the other end listens - sees me perfectly but his voice doesn’t reaches my side. (i.e. both ends can see each other and the other end listens to me but I cannot listen to what he/she is saying). Is there any specific ports (for Polycom) that I should also open from the firewall apart from the usual ones (i.e. ports 3230-3253 TCP – UDP, 1720 TCP , 1731 TCP, 1718-1719 UDP)???
Regards
George Kyriakidis

Hello Steffen, you helped me in order to get the solution.
I used another devise in order to be able to check if everything works fine and i found out that i should change the setting in the sound card.
It was a drop down menu (in "listen" tab) hidden in the properties of the revolabs device.
I have found it and now everything works fine.
Thank you for your time
Regards
George Kyriakidis
