HP MTR 16GB RAM
Microsoft Windows 11

Have come across this issue for the last week, on a device since running Teams version 5.3.205.0

The issue is that the Poly Touch Panel Res/scaling seems to not be set correctly for the touchpanel and the UI being sent to that display is too large for the screen, this means that half of the image is actually pushed over on to the display.
Also the touch on the TC10 is not working anymore.
On top of the screen "Display Disconnected. One or more displays are not available" (while the interface image is perfectly viewable on the connected screen. It's a signle screen setup, not double screen.
Ingest is recognized, but not displayed on the connected screen (stays on the MTR interface).

Hello @DJBRU ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

Our friends from Microsoft look after the OS, they provide the Teams Application and also any drivers so I would suggest raising a ticket with them. They fixed it in the past so I assume they need to fix this again.

Did a complete Windows system reset.
Process installed same MTR version. Same hardware connected.
So "problem solved" the hard way. Everything is working in normal resolutions/touch enabled now.
