X50 and TC-8 Tems Room Calendar

Hi.

We have the X50/TC-8 combo.  We have set it up with a Teams Room Pro license, and everything works as it should.

But I was wondering if there is a way to do a couple of things.

1. Remove meetings from calendar.  Sometimes a meeting runs shorter than we planned.  But the booking in the rooms calendar still lingers, and kind of blocks others from booking the room.  Is there a way to remove meetings from the calendar from the panel?  I think I saw something about this being possible on the TC-10, but I can't find it on the TC-8.

2. Overlapping meetings.  Is there a way to get the room to accept overlapping meetings?  Say you have a main meeting that lasts all day, but needs to step out of that meeting at some point for another meeting in the same physical room, and then joining the original meeting again.

I can't be the only one looking for something like this?

I believe overlapping meetings can be allowed by changing the settings on the room calendar using Exchange powershell as shown here: Set-CalendarProcessing (ExchangePowerShell) | Microsoft Learn
