Product: Studio X52 with TC10 Kit

We appear to have a consistent issue with our X52.

We reboot the system weekly to prevent issues but about over 4th reboot the system appears to get stuck with a blank screen.  The tc10 connected to it comes back as failing to connect to it as well.  And no response to the Web interface.

After a hard reboot it comes back online. 

 

Anyone else experiencing this?

welcome to the HP Poly community. Which provider is being used and therefore which reboot method?
