Hi,
Since upgrading our Poly x70 from Poly OS 3.12 to 3.13, device mode is no longer available. Additionally, the PC does not recognize the X70 as a camera. This is in both Zoom and Poly modes.
I would have tried downgrading the OS to 3.12, but the website that hosts the OS packages seems to be down. Please advise.

Welcome back to the Poly Community.
Try a factory reset first.
Our "normal" Poly Support page holds older versions. Simply download and unzip and use a USB Stick:
