we are facing issue while sharing content from G7500. it gets disconnected with voice and unable to connect it again. we upgraded the system then change the device also. but same issue

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application version you use. For example, Microsoft Teams, Zoom Rooms, Poly SIP/H.323 mode etc.

 

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

 

Please do not simply edit the original post, but reply with the versions.

 

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

software upgraded 4.1 and calls are being made from webrtc and webex. on ip platform

Hello @cosmos6 ,

 

PolyOS 4.1 is not the latest version at present. Please use PolyOS 4.6 and explain what provider you are using for this. Are you using SIP/H.323, or are you using Device Mode via USB?
