I need to analyze the poly x50 logs, I downloaded it through the poly software, it generates "polycom_log_20231011103819.tgz" but I can't see the results of the logs.

Does anyone know how I can analyze these logs?

Hello @IAGOAAS ,

welcome to the HP Poly community.

Usually, we do not recommend untrained end users to try and analyze our logs as this can lead to misunderstanding them.

if you open the Log file with 7Zip or WinRar you should see:

The messages files are the logs. The polycom_modules_log_xxxxxxx folder contains the log files for the peripherals like the TC8 or TC8 or a Trio or E70

I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards
