I try use a pin to hold the rest button and plug in the power saw the yellow light, then system reinstall itself but after it done, it still show the Zoom room settings. I want to return to the original new system which it will show the IP and default admin password so that I can login to the web portal again

Hello @daveyuen ,

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, Your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product or the Partner application you are using.

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

Following the Admin Guide >here< should just reset the device to the Admin Password of the last six characters of the serial number all in Upper Case.

The provider being Zoom may be the unit purchased as a Zoom device and/or using Poly Lens or similar Clariti Manager to provision the unit which may overwrite the settings back to the changed Admin Password.

If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, please then work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature

Best regards
