Hello,

We are experiencing an issue with our MTR device. The error message displayed is shown in the attached picture.

We have checked the network and consulted with the administrator, but the message remains the same. We can sign in with the same ID on a laptop, but we are unable to log in on the MTR device.

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

Nothing is attached, and therefore we cannot try and help.

 

Is this a MTRoW or MTRoA device ?

 

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Welcome back to the HP Poly community.

 

You have two options:

 

  • Log a ticket with our Partner Microsoft, as they provide the OS the MTR is running on
    They also provide the Microsoft Teams app, so they would be the best people to work with.
  • If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
