hi,

 

good day every one.

 

My unit is polycom hdx7000, if i make a multicall my unit is automatically disconnected for only 10 min. What should i do for this problem?Does anybody experienced this kind of problem..

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Most likely you are using a Multipoint trial license. Please work with your Polycom reseller to purchase a full license.
