Good morning,
I have had a problem with the Poly X52 (Firmware 4.3.3.428018) for a few days now.
It is configured with the Teams provider (Version 1449/1.0.96.2024091202) and when I try to Cast it from my PC with Teams, it doesn't find the aforementioned Poly, while others find them all.
how can i fix it? where does the cause come from? i don't have the possibility to do a reset as the meeting room is in another city

Welcome back to the HP Poly community.
- Did this ever work?
I assume you have not "touched" the Security > Wireless Security menu as this is not related to Casting when using Microsoft Teams. - What do you mean "it doesn't find the aforementioned Poly, while others find them all."
If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Hi, first of all thank you for your reply.
- yes it has always worked.
- I meant that there are 2 meeting rooms and the pc doesn't see the first one but has no problem with the second.
I checked in the settings and it is configured exactly like all the others I have.
