I installed the Polycom PVX v.8.0.2 on my laptop Dell E4310, but the camera is not detected.
In addition the alert of low performance is active.
Although, it is connected to the gatekeeper, i can not make any calls, since the corresponding button is inactive.
Any solution?

Is your yet unknown Operating systems listed as supported OS in the latest PVX 8.0.16 release notes?
