Hello @martinchris ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

Your device needs to be on a certain Software version in order to even have the Scheduler Mode. Not knowing what the current software version is makes it tricky to suggest something.

Is this installation going to use Poly Lens? do you have access to the DHCP Server to add a DHCP scope / Option? If yes then you could use >this<

Are the TC10 part of a order that comes paired with a codec?

In a nutshell you would want them ideally on the latest PolyOS 4.4.2 as since TCOS 6.4.0 or later the device supports the provisioning method.

I would probably pair 4-5 TC with the Codec, Upgrade to the latest version via the codec, then Unpair and factory restore via the Pin hole method and let them use Poly Lens to provision them this way as standalone device.

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards
