Hello HP support team, 

I've issue with my poly x30 that it doesn't open for login screen, it keeps poly logo loading then restart. i tried to reset with reset open but it doesn't work.

Could you provide a bit more history on this unit? How did it get into this state? Can you test this in a different network?
