I recently had to upgrade my wireless router (ATT). Internet connection is perfect. Computer, Phone, TV, all connected fine. The Printer, however, doesn't want to stay connected. Have reloaded printer software, The blue wireless light says it's connected, but when i send a copy to print wirelessly, either from phone or computer, I get response that says the printer is offline. ATT says it's a problem with the printer. So here I am hoping someone can help me get the issue resolved. (Incidently, prior to the router upgrade, there were absolutely no issues with printing.)
Thanks all....

@SanAntonioDawn, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Which Operating system is installed on your Computer?
- Make sure the printer and the Computer/Phone are connected to the same wireless network.
- This printer supports only 2.4GHz network.
Restore network settings to default settings.
- Press the Wireless button to access the Wireless Status screen.
- Press the Settings button to access the Wireless Settings menu.
- Select Restore to Default.
- Confirm selection to restore defaults.
- The blue wireless light will start to blink.
Connect the printer to the wireless network using WPS
-
Locate the WPS button on your router, but do not press it yet.
If your router does not support WPS, skip to the next step to connect the printer with the HP Smart app.
-
Turn on the printer. If the printer is in sleep mode, press the Cancel button on the control panel.
-
On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button
for at least 3 seconds or until the wireless light starts to flash.
-
On the router, press and hold the WPS button for 3 to 5 seconds or until it shows that the WPS connection process has started.
-
Once the printer connects to the wireless network, the blue Wireless light on the control panel turns on solid.
Now connect the printer to your computer. For instructions, let me know which Computer you are using.
Let me know how this goes.
