Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am unable to connect to router via WPS or via USB cable, printer needs a full reset. Does anybody know how I can do a full reset?

Welcome to HP support community.
I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
