Can you please tell me how to get onto HP conected as I get

 

 

The owner of hpconnected  has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

 

I have cookies installed. Getting fed up with instructions that do not work I have spent sewveral hours tryinfg to sort this out without success. I have searched ther boards which is like navagating a maze. Why cannot things be simple.

You mentioned Firefox -- you are apparently using some form of Windows, iOS, or Linux, or OSx.

No mention of what kind of computer or device...

 

Even at the best of times and using the latest version of Firefox, the browser can be rascable (stubborn, irritating, prone to complexity).  I love Firefox and I do use it.

 

  • Try a different browser - which one depends on your Operating Sytem and the type of device.  Do not count on Safari, by the way; unless things have changed, Safari cannot be used to manage your HP Connected account.

 

  • Update your Firefox -- or it that doesn't work, DOWNGRADE your Firefox using a version that you like from the Firefox Archives
