Здравствуйте. Принтер перестал взаимодействовать с телефоном (Samsung Galaxy A5). Когда пытаюсь что либо распечатать мой телефон не может подключиться к принтеру, хотя раньше проблем никаких не было. Телефон не может найти сеть Wi-Fi. Пробовала с другого телефона, с которого раньше тоже распечатывала, все тоже самое.

Hello. The printer has stopped interacting with the phone (Samsung Galaxy A5). I can’t connect to the printer, although there were no problems before. The phone cannot find the Wi-Fi network. I tried with another phone, everything is the same.

Welcome to HP support community.
Restart the printer, router, and mobile device

Turn the printer off, and then turn it on again.
-
Disconnect the power cable from the router, wait ten seconds, reconnect the cable, and then wait for the Internet connection to complete.

Turn your phone or tablet off, and then turn it on again.
Connect the printer to the router again
Open the printer Setup, Network, or Wireless menu, and then select Wireless Setup Wizard to connect the printer to your network.
