Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

H P Office jet pro 8610.

When I print from my cell phone, which is a new Samsung, the left side edge misses 2 to 4 of the characters all the way down the page on the email. What causes this? How can it be corrected? I have tried HP print server and also HP Smart - neither offers a solution. This just started  a month a month or so ago, after owning tge OfficeJet 8610 for years.

Your Samsung phone must be missing a scaling function
