None of my organisation is able to send any eprint job to any of my printers.
hpeprint.com suspects your message is spam and rejected it.
How to Fix It
Try to modify your message, or change how you're sending the message, using the guidance in this article: Bulk E-mailing Best Practices for Senders Using Forefront Online Protection for Exchange. Then resend your message.
If you continue to experience the problem, contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to ask their email admin to add your email address, or your domain name, to their allowed senders list.

Status code: 550 5.7.350
When Office 365 tried to send the message to the recipient (outside Office 365), the recipient's email server (or email filtering service) suspected the sender's message is spam.
If the sender can't fix the problem by modifying their message, contact the recipient's email admin and ask them to add your domain name, or the sender's email address, to their list of allowed senders.
Although the sender may be able to alter the message contents to fix this issue, it's likely that only the recipient's email admin can fix this problem. Unfortunately, Office 365 Support is unlikely to be able to help fix these kinds of externally reported errors.

Thank you for responding.
If your HP ePrint job fails, confirm the network connection is functioning and check ePrint requirements.
-
Restart the printer.
-
Print a test page from a device on the same local network, and then respond to any messages that display.
-
Make sure the email subject line is filled out, your printer email address is correct, and you have less than ten compatible attachments.
For more detailed steps follow this document "HP Printers - HP ePrint Job Does Not Print"
Let me know if this helps you fix this issue.
If this helps, mark this post as an accepted solution so that it can benefit others.
Cheers

A problem I've had for a while is the dmarc record for my domain, specifically dkim. HP eprint will not accept an email that fails dkim validation. To check out if your email has this problem, use dkimvalidator.com. It will give you an address to send an email to and then you can see if it passed or failed. If it passes, you have a different problem. But if it fails, you'll need to set up a working dkim record for your domain or have your hosting/email provider do it for you. Once I got dkim working, eprint is working again for me.
