8035e Print anywhere feature not showing up

I have an HP 8035e but the print anywhere feature is not showing up at all. I've read some of the threads regarding this issue however none of the moderators explain how to activate the advance features, and there is no option to download or toggle such features on the HP Smart.

• Open the HP Smart app and select your printer.
• Go to Settings > Print Anywhere.
• Toggle the feature to On to enable Print Anywhere. If the option doesn't appear, check that your HP account is properly set up and linked with the printer.

Check HP Smart App:

• Ensure your HP Smart app is up to date. Update the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store as necessary.

Sign in to your HP account:

• Make sure you are signed into your HP account within the HP Smart app.
• Open the HP Smart app, go to Account, and ensure you are signed in.

Activate HP+ and HP Instant Ink:

• If you have not activated HP+, you may need to do so. HP+ and Instant Ink services often include advanced features like Print Anywhere.

I've already done all of those steps and yet the option still doesn't show up. Also your reply isn't addressing the issue.

You’re absolutely right: If Print Anywhere isn’t showing up in HP Smart even after setup, there are a few specific reasons why that happens.
Let’s address the real root cause:

Key Requirements for Print Anywhere

HP+ Activation
The 8035e is an HP+ printer, some features, including Print Anywhere, are tied to HP+ activation.

To check: On the printer display or in HP Smart, see if it says HP+ is active.

If not, Print Anywhere won’t appear.

If you skipped HP+ when setting up the printer, you may need to reset the printer to factory defaults and activate HP+ during setup.

HP Account & Web Services

You must be signed into HP Smart with the same HP account that you used to activate HP+.

Web Services must stay enabled. If they’ve been disabled or disconnected, Print Anywhere disappears.

On the printer’s screen: Setup → Web Services → Status → make sure it’s On.

HP Smart App Region

Print Anywhere is not available in all regions. For example, some countries block remote print due to privacy laws.

Double-check your HP account region matches the printer region.

How to Check & Fix

In HP Smart, go to your printer settings → look for HP+ status → If inactive, factory reset:
