Can I access my WiFi ENVY 4520 printer to print from anywhere or mobile phones without using HPeprint.

@happypouch, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

No, without setting up the HP ePrint, you cannot print wirelessly to the printer from outside your network range.

 

Refer to the document HP Printers - Printing with HP ePrint for help.
