Hi I am trying to add my brother as a user to HP account to allow him to print to my printer remotely.I have tried to invite him twice using different e mail addresses and neither have been accepted by the app. They are a @yahoo.co.uk and a @**bleep**.com e mails. I have successfully added other users previously so cannot understand this time.

I see that you need help with adding another user to your HP account.

Please follow the below steps to uninstall and reinstall your printer application.

 

1) Uninstall the HP smart app by click on this link, Restart the computer or mobile device to clear possible error conditions.

 

2) Refer to this link to reinstall the HP smart app for your printer.

 

3) Try to add the user again by clicking on this link and let me know if that resolves the issue.
