Greetings @Smokey09,
Thanks for the post.
I understand that you are unable to print from your iOS device after closing the paper extender, is that right?
Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.
Are you able to make a copy on the printer?
May I know the method you are following on your iOS device to print?
Do you get any error on your printer or iOS device when you try to print?
Recommend you perform a power cycle.
Turn the router, printer and iOS device off.
Wait for a minute.
Turn the router On.
Wait for a minute.
Turn the printer On.
Wait for a minute.
Turn your iOS device on and check if it connected to the printer and try to print.
If the issue persists, try to make a copy on the printer. (This would let us know if the issue is with the printer or the iOS device.)
Install and configure HP Smart app on your iOS check if you are able to print.
Let me know if this helped.
